Tavish is a member of the firm’s business litigation group, practicing in state and federal courts, as well as regulatory and arbitration proceedings. Tavish focuses on complex commercial litigation, and advises clients in the areas of employment matters, non-competition agreements and other restrictive covenants, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, and other forms of intellectual property, shareholder and partner disputes, contract actions, and other commercial disputes. Tavish also has experience in the areas of construction litigation and probate litigation.
Tavish received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law (2017) and his B.A. from Western Washington University (2013). During law school, Tavish counseled students and startups from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology through the BU/MIT Entrepreneurship, Intellectual Property & Cyberlaw Program as a member of the Technology Law Clinic. A native of New Hampshire, Tavish enjoys sailing, hiking, and exploring Northern New England in his spare time.
Tavish is admitted to practice in the New Hampshire State courts and the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire.
