As a business lawyer, Steve has more than 25 years of experience advising and counseling businesses, executive teams and boards of directors. He is a proven trusted advisor who provides strategic counsel and practical advice to his clients across a broad span of industries including retail, e-commerce, wholesale, consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, professional services, software and commercial real estate. As the former Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Brookstone, Steve understands first-hand how companies operate, what legal, ethical and business hurdles they face, and how to proactively approach those issues to achieve the best possible result.
Steve currently serves as General Counsel to The Key Foundation, Inc., a non-profit corporation dedicated to serving the needs of youth Scouting organizations in the Greater Boston area. He also serves as a member of the board of directors for several companies, has held officer and director positions for several non-profit corporations and served as a member of various advisory panels. Steve is admitted to practice in the State of New Hampshire and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
