Kate practices business litigation in state and federal courts as well as in arbitration proceedings. She assists clients in the areas of corporate governance disputes, contract actions, employment matters, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, and other forms of intellectual property litigation and other commercial disputes.  Kate also provides mediator and arbitrator services in a wide range of business disputes, and is Rule 32 certified with the New Hampshire Superior Court for all New Hampshire counties.

Kate received her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School (2005) and her B.A., cum laude, from Saint Anselm College (2002). Prior to joining the firm, Kate clerked for the New Hampshire Supreme Court for two years and for the New Hampshire Superior Court for two years.

Kate currently sits on the New Hampshire Bar Association Board of Governors as a Member at Large as well as the New Hampshire Bar Foundation Board of Directors.  In addition, Kate also enjoys participating directly with judges and other practitioners on New Hampshire Federal Court Advisory Committee as well as the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Committee on Cooperation with the Courts, where she has worked on several subcommittees to develop litigation guidelines for New Hampshire’s state courts.
