One of the founding principals of the firm, Arnie Rosenblatt heads the firm’s business litigation practice. In his more than thirty years of litigation experience, he has successfully handled a wide variety of business disputes in state and federal courts, in regulatory settings and in arbitration. These include cases in the areas of trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, patents and other forms of intellectual property, shareholder and partner disputes, non-competition agreements, employment matters, lender liability disputes, contract actions, and professional malpractice matters. His extensive experience ranges from trying a wide range of jury and non-jury trials to verdict to dozens of preliminary injunction hearings to a myriad of mediations and arbitrations. Arnie also is engaged by other litigants as a private arbitrator in his capacity as a member of the American Arbitration Association’s Panel of Commercial Arbitrators for Large Complex Cases and as a mediator.

Arnie is active in the business and legal communities and is a frequent speaker at seminars concerning business litigation.
