Kate practices business litigation in state and federal courts as well as in arbitration proceedings. She assists clients in the areas of corporate governance disputes, contract actions, employment matters, intellectual property litigation and other commercial disputes.

Kate clerked for the New Hampshire Supreme Court for two years and for the New Hampshire Superior Court for two years prior to joining our firm.
