Scott is a commercial and corporate attorney whose practice focuses on representing entrepreneurial and other privately-held companies. He assists clients in a variety of areas, including acquisitions, sale, restructuring and conversion of businesses; entity formation, shareholder agreements and business disputes; business succession planning, commercial loan and real estate transactions, commercial leases and contracts.
Scott practiced for three
years in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire prior to joining our firm.
