Jason is a corporate law attorney who assists clients on a variety of business and legal issues including entity selection and formation, purchases and sales of businesses, contract issues, commercial real estate conveyances and leases, banking and commercial financing transactions, shareholder and other agreements between business owners, and other business matters.
Jason practiced for over three years in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire before joining our firm.
