Miriam Hogan is a commercial and corporate attorney whose practice focuses on representing entrepreneurial and other privately-held companies. She assists clients in a variety of areas, including entity formation, contract matters, and mergers and acquisitions.
Miriam moved to New England in 2006 after practicing law for several years in Pennsylvania. She started her career as a corporate finance and healthcare attorney in a national law firm in Pittsburgh, PA where her practice focused on various issues impacting the operations of large and small healthcare institutions and privately owned businesses including various transactions, systems restructurings and medical staff issues. In 2005, she joined a Forbes 400 Company in Mechanicsburg, PA where she served as corporate counsel and gained extensive experience in the corporate and healthcare fields.
