  • Coordinated the complete organizational restructuring of a large family owned business — working with owners, executives, management consultants and compensation consultants — to make company decision making smoother and permitting owners greater autonomy from the business
  • Assisted a family-owned manufacturer with corporate structuring for a new line of business, and related estate planning matters enabling aided separation of non-synergistic operations while providing for potentially big future appreciation in value
  • Helped owners of a multi-generation family business to devise and implement an organizational and ownership succession plan to ensure continuity and resolve estate tax issues
  • Served as New Hampshire counsel for subsidiaries of a publicly held company in connection with syndicated working capital credit facilities and bond financing for a going-private transaction
  • Prepared and negotiated required documentation for a national bank as lead lender in $80 million secured syndicated credit facilities for a New Hampshire-based public company
  • Advised a national bank as a participating lender in $2.5 billion credit facilities provided to an international company
